The Burger Digs sits on the upper level of the Jurassic Park visitor complex and serves burgers, a chicken sandwich, chicken fingers and fries. The distinguishing feature is a toppings bar, which lets you build the burger up beyond what arrives on the tray - a small thing that materially improves an ordinary burger.
It is air-conditioned, it has plenty of seating, and it is almost always quieter than the counters closer to the walkway. It exists in the shadow of Thunder Falls Terrace two minutes away, which serves better food for similar money, and the honest advice is to walk the extra two minutes.
